The North Vela Finish-Right Promise.
A renovation should come with clarity about the work—and a sensible plan for addressing workmanship concerns after handover.
Let's discuss your projectNo disappearing act after handover.
We aim to make the finishing details and aftercare path visible from the quotation stage, rather than leaving homeowners to guess what happens next.
Clear scope
Work items, materials, exclusions and responsibilities agreed in writing.
Confirmed changes
Scope changes discussed and documented before they go ahead.
Final walkthrough
A chance to review agreed finishing details and record open items.
Fix-or-replace process
Workmanship concerns assessed, with eligible problems corrected appropriately.
Before signing a renovation agreement, read our guide to comparing quotes and written scope.
Repair where possible. Replace where appropriate.
Where an issue is confirmed to result from North Vela's contracted workmanship, our approach is to arrange a reasonable correction. That may mean repairing the installation or replacing the affected installed component if repair would not properly resolve it.
We focus on the remedy that addresses the underlying workmanship issue, rather than making broad promises that every material or product will be replaced.
Important conditions: This is not an unconditional product-replacement warranty. The eligible work, reporting period, exclusions and remedy process must be confirmed in your written quotation or signed project agreement. Manufacturer warranties, normal wear, accidental damage, pre-existing conditions and third-party work may be treated differently. Your legal consumer rights are not reduced.

- How repairs or replacement decisions are made
- A named contact route for raising a concern
Specific coverage and timelines are confirmed per project, not promised universally on this website.
Direct answers, no fine-print surprises.
Does this mean every fixture is guaranteed for replacement?
No. The process is for eligible workmanship-related issues under the agreed project terms. Product defects may be covered by their manufacturer or supplier warranty instead.
What if I spot a problem after handover?
Contact North Vela with photos and a description. We can review whether it relates to the contracted work and the aftercare terms in your agreement.
Is the promise the same for every project?
No. Written coverage depends on the project scope and agreement. Ask to see the terms before authorizing work.
